Certainly impressive how much talent there is among those painters. I think most hobbyists who’ve come from scale modelling appreciate the amount of components that are in the final product, but it’s a nice reminder.
Paintjob and sewing is most likely the parts where lots of skills are involved.

Some more here. He mentioned the 26002 at the end, but the video is made quite recently with seeing Banshee and 26035 parts so it might rather be the AES001. However, it’s difficult to identify the receiver’s color on video.
