Same thinking here, but the set is about 25, so not worth it for the wood itself.

I recently came across these stickers of various different US Army patches. This could be just the thing to finish off that stand.
This company, ETA Diorama, mainly produces decals and diorama accessories for 1/35 scale, but they now have a growing number of products in 1/6. The following also looks particularly interesting and would be a good way to complete the look of not only a pelican weapons case, but also one of the new Minitimes shooting ranges.
